What are clinical quality supplements?
Clinical quality supplements utilize the highest grade of ingredients in readily usable form. They are also in balanced proportions and adhere to high purity standards. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to find supplements of this quality over-the-counter.

How do you know that the supplements that you recommend are a good quality?
We are committed to applying our knowledge and experience to the selection of the best nutritional supplementation currently available. We evaluate supplements based on physiological action, quality, nutrient ratios and price, in that order. Only when these standards are met will we affix the Dr. Ron Approved seal. We go to any lengths needed to gather the information on a specific formulation. This most often includes calling, writing and faxing specific questions to the company that manufactures the supplement in question. Speaking to the chemist's working with the company is usually necessary to ascertain answers to questions such as, actual sources for specific ingredients, quality control, independent testing and batch size and control. We review Dr. Ron Approved supplements on a constant basis. You will therefore see brands; ingredients, proportions, ratios and formulations change accordingly.

We are providing a service primarily designed to support our patients and our listeners. What is your refund policy?
Any unopened and factory sealed product purchased from CherubHealth Products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price* (does not include shipping costs). Physically damaged items cannot be returned. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Products must be unopened and factory sealed to qualify for a refund. *We cannot accept returns beyond 15 days. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service department. If there is a manufacturer's defect, and you are returning the product(s) for replacement, then the cost of return shipping will be waived. Downloaded products such as music and Relaxation Therapy Audio may not be returned.
