Cancer – An Alternative Medicine Approach
The application of alternative medicine and holistic techniques can help the human body replenish, restore and repair healthy tissue while enabling the bodies own immune system to reject unhealthy cancer cells.
We are here to help you, whether you’re looking for natural techniques that can be used along with a Western medical approach to cancer or as standalone alternative medicine techniques.
At the Cherubino Health Center we offer a holistic whole body approach to people suffering from various forms of cancer.
People routinely travel to our center for care from across the country and around the world. We have successfully integrated naturally based systems of healing from around the world.
The resulting global approach to medicine is of great benefit when building personalized treatment programs for individual patients.
Whether you are interested in building your body up to sustain the rigors of chemotherapy and radiation, strengthening your system for the ordeal of surgery or are looking for help to enable your body to fight the cancer on its own, we have treatment programs that can help you meet your specific goals.
Each and every day 43,835 people in the United States are told that they have some form of cancer. The Center for Health Statistics reports this number of cases as newly diagnosed.
That means that in the United States alone over 16 million people will be diagnosed with cancer this year.
While certain types of cancer, mainly skin, have become far more manageable and even curable, newly diagnosed cases of cancer in this country and around the world continue to grow at an alarming rate.
The treatment of cancer is a multibillion-dollar industry. It is not uncommon to find the latest cancer drugs costing the patient $2000-$3000 per pill. That’s right, reread it if you must, that was thousand.
And even if the money is available and the patient is fortunate enough to have a healthcare plan that will actually pay for the medication that the doctors have prescribed, what are we left with?
It is a well-known fact that these drugs are poisons. The concept is to use poisonous chemotherapy and radiation to kill cancer cells. I don’t think any of us have a problem with killing cancer cells however every one of us should have a problem with healthy cells being killed as well.
To make matters worse there has historically been a profound lack of availability when it comes to alternative supportive treatments and therapies.
These alternative and integrative natural approaches to health have been shown to help protect a person’s vital organs and rebuild damaged tissues.
The Good News
The good news is that more and more people are beginning to utilize alternative medicine treatments either in conjunction with or as a substitute for drug based methods.
Who Are We?
Cherubino Health Center was established in 1982 by natural health practitioner Dr. Ron Cherubino. Dr. Ron was on a mission to stop what he saw as needless suffering of millions of Americans.
He is a proponent of what is known as global medicine. Basically stated, global medicine proposes the inclusion and integration of all workable systems of healing from around the world, alternative medicine as well as traditional. The concept is a simple one – whatever is best for the health and well-being of the patient should be readily available to that patient.
With this simple but profound concept in mind Cherubino Health Center has grown into a world-class natural health-care center.
Thousands upon thousands of patients have seen remarkable success with the use of this holistic alternative medicine approach to health. These people have been freed from chronic debilitating pain, depression and anxiety, life-threatening heart and other organ conditions as well as cancer to name but a few.
We recognize that the human body is a self-healing organism, made up of a physical body, mind and spirit. The human body is created with certain inborn abilities that are designed to maintain a high level of health and wellness.
The practitioners of Cherubino Health Center have a deep understanding of systems of healing from around the world. They are passionate to help people improve the quality of their lives by improving the quality of their health.
The availability of various approaches to healing from around the world is one of the defining characteristics of treatment at our center.
Our approach to healing is integrated.
This means that each practitioner works with every other practitioner in concert and that a wide variety of techniques are available.
It is therefore possible for a patient to receive a variety of simultaneous approaches in a coordinated manner under one roof.
This system provides the patient with a truly unique healing opportunity which by its very nature is far more capable of meeting in addressing complex health needs and concerns.
Think of it, when you go into a hospital you expect drugs and/or surgery. When you go into a typical chiropractic office you expect something to do with your spine and bones. In an acupuncture office you expect needles.
Any one of these approaches is fine if that’s what your condition actually calls for. However when in office offers a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment, you can never be sure that you are receiving the exact kind of treatment that you need, since it’s the same approach that is offered to anyone that walks to the door.
In a very real sense you are being asked to be your own doctor. All too often the single approach offices have a “cure-all” attitude about the specific technique that they offer.
At Cherubino Health Center we frankly don’t believe that anyone approach is appropriate for all people. This is why we utilize a variety of approaches and techniques from around the world.
When it comes to health and wellness our goal is to help you reach your goal, to the greatest extent possible.

Can My Spouse or Other Family Members Come with Me?
Absolutely. We encourage patients to include whomever they would like in their healing experience. Space restrictions are sometimes a concern so we ask that you let us know when you would like to have people attend your treatment sessions.
