Craniopathy Technique
(aka Chiropractic Cranial Adjusting)
Craniopathy, a specialized area within chiropractic, focuses on the function and movement of the skull bones (cranium) and their impact on the central nervous system, particularly the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
This manual therapy encourages the body’s natural healing mechanisms to improve the operation of the central nervous system, relieve the negative effects of stress, improve overall health and strengthen the body’s immune system.
As a field within Chiropractic, Craniopathy focuses on restoring and analyzing proper function to the Cranium (skull), dura meningeal system, the mechanics of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and the central nervous system. It differs from Craniosacral Therapy, and is an advanced training of the Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT®).

Relaxation Therapy
Progressive relaxation, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Systems Integration Therapy, Relaxation Motivation Facilitation Technique (RMF), are some of the techniques routinely used in stress management. Techniques such as craniopathy and therapeutic massage can also be great stress relievers.
