Depending on your choice of protein powder you could even alter the recipe to conform to a Paleo diet regimen.

Anti-Inflammatory Post-Workout Smoothie (or breakfast!)
Mix the following ingredients in a strong blender or food processor.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 whole raw bananas
- 2 raw cage free eggs
- 1 raw avocado
- 2 scoops protein powder (ProBasics™ or Spirutein™)
- About 10-12 ounces of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Optional: add one tablespoon of raw honey if you would like this to be sweeter.
